Central Carolina Real Estate is one of the largest independently owned real estate companies in Monroe/ Union County, North Carolina. Founded in 1997 by Tony Hill, Myron Williams, Terry Gaddy and Ron R. Rushing, it has grown and expanded to 28 agents and 2 in-house builder developers.
